Meat, poultry, eggs, fish and other phosphorous-rich foods can strengthen your teeth. They can help strengthen and rebuild your enamel.


Milk, cheese, yogurt and other dairy products have calcium. They are also high in protein and low in sugar.

Eating healthy not only helps improve your overall health, but it can also ward off gum disease and tooth decay.
